Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is part Italian. Cook was first seen first in a public service advertisement for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10, and appeared in national advertisements for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
